What never fails to surprise is the uniformity of absence beyond self. This is what I mean:
I will say X happened yesterday. A White person will factually counter "that has happened to me too, and so how can that be a matter of racism?"
(1) how is it that one must be TOLD, "OK, Bradford Whitford III, do we recommend reaching existential on singularity or . . . "? We know - just as regular everyday human beings - that's not how "phenomenon" is gauged. WHY do I have to KEEP saying "gosh, Brad - you'dve thought Harvard might have touched on cumulative effect . . . " or "wow, fella - frequency factor? Ring any distinction bells?"
It's as if the objective is not to learn but dispel and defeat, all while wearing the I Am the Best Friend God Gave You cape.
