This one is really hard for me. I am not sure why. When I encounter it in White men, I have no problem moving them right out of my lane. It's really hard for me to do the same with women - shut this down - b/c I am so unforgivably direct. That, as you can imagine, is just the opposite of what's expected here. I am glad I've aged. I mellow that out more easily now. But I have to say this is one of my fails.

I added this up top just now, but are you OK with me adding this to the body? It's a big one, and it would be interesting to see some discussion around it. Just let me know.
