There is nothing to apologize for. I appreciate that you are actively engaging. I think that alone is exceedingly difficult. I likened it elsewhere to traversing a football field of Bouncing Bettys.

The brightest moments here are coming from my white peers turning to their white peers and sort of chopping this issue up. That’s a process that gives me a lot of hope. All the things that HAD to happen to get us here got us here. That shite hurts like a MoFo in those bare knuckle moments. Feels pretty good on the other side though.
