I love everything about your answer. The problem with levels for me is that I must - MUST - go through each one, each in turn and with questions, before moving on to the next. That drives most crazy b/c sometimes the answer I seek is a bit lower in the text. Just an fyi - don't hate me!

Also, as I will say to each person responding, I take them seriously. That means I want to spend time with each, and ask follow up questions as well. If I don't get back to you quickly, that's why.
