Gotta tell ya, that was a hard choice. My husband and I laid all of the things one needed to teach his or her children re: social discourse. It’s a shame, really. And an unfair one at that. One should be able to teach their children many things when it comes to their education about interacting with women: personal safety’ being warm and decent; balancing the two when moving in a world hostile to them.

It came down to keeping his distance to stay safe and holding the door open for women. Tough call, that.

Keeping my fingers crossed. We really hope we picked the right one here.
